At Monotype Fonts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance electronic hardware and display peripherals. If your purchase does not meet your technical requirements, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Return Request
Log into your account portal and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Hardware for Shipping
Place the electronic device in its original anti-static packaging and include all power cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a successful return process.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
